These Terms govern the relationship between True Booker and your business (“Client”). By using True Booker, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

True Booker provides a scheduling and messaging platform, including AI-assisted phone answering and SMS appointment booking.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure that Customer Data shared with True Booker is accurate and lawful.

• Obtain all required Customer consents before sending messages.

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees are billed according to your chosen subscription plan plus usage charges (e.g., SMS).

• Payments are due monthly or yearly.

4. Messaging Compliance

• You must comply with A2P 10DLC registration, TCPA, and CTIA guidelines.

• True Booker reserves the right to suspend services for non-compliance.

5. Customer Data Ownership

• Customer Data belongs to your business.

• True Booker only processes Customer Data on your behalf.

• We do not sell or use Customer Data for our own marketing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, and trademarks belong to True Booker. Your business retains rights to its branding, customer lists, and business data.

7. Liability

• The Service is provided “as is.”

• True Booker is not responsible for carrier delays, interruptions, or lost revenue.

• Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.

• We may terminate accounts for non-payment or violations of law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
