True Booker supports only lawful and compliant SMS messaging. By using the Service, you agree to follow all A2P 10DLC, CTIA, and TCPA rules.

Consent

Your business must obtain consent before sending messages to Customers. Consent may include:

  • Booking an appointment.

  • Providing a phone number for scheduling updates and reminders.

  • Making payments

Opt-Out & Keywords

  • Customers can reply STOP to unsubscribe.

  • Customers can reply HELP for assistance.

  • You are responsible for honoring Customer opt-out requests.

Message Content

  • Prohibited: SHAFT (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco), fraud, spam, misleading content.

  • Messages should be relevant, appointment-related, and truthful.

Disclaimers

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Carrier networks are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
