Consent
Your business must obtain consent before sending messages to Customers. Consent may include:
Booking an appointment.
Providing a phone number for scheduling updates and reminders.

Opt-Out & Keywords
Customers can reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Customers can reply HELP for assistance.
You are responsible for honoring Customer opt-out requests.
Message Content
Prohibited: SHAFT (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco), fraud, spam, misleading content.
Messages should be relevant, appointment-related, and truthful.
