True Booker uses text (SMS/MMS) and voice messaging to help customers manage business communications, appointment reminders, and service confirmations in compliance with U.S. A2P 10DLC regulations.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number through True Booker (including through partner businesses using True Booker), you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages related to scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and account updates.
Marketing or promotional messages, if any, are sent only after obtaining explicit opt-in consent.
2. Opt-Out / Stop Requests
You may opt out of text messaging at any time using any of the methods below:
Reply STOP to any True Booker SMS message.
Your opt-out will take effect immediately, and you will receive one final confirmation text stating that you have been unsubscribed.You may also email support@true-booker.com with the subject line “STOP” and include your mobile number in the message body.
After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from the specific business or True Booker service associated with that number unless you opt in again.
3. Opt-In Again
To re-subscribe, reply START, UNSTOP, or text JOIN to the same number from which you previously opted out, or contact our support team.
By re-subscribing, you agree once more to receive text communications under this policy.
